Started out with a alternator replacement being 2 days which turned into tubes, wires, engine cover gasket, clamps, hoses manifesto gasket, etc. 2 days job turned into almost a month plus cost of rental. Car broke down 2 days later, called mechanic said he come by. Never came over called. Moving forward ingo to drive the car last week smoke like no tomorrow funny burning plus sweet smell engine overheat. Have a shop look at it and was told the engine gasket was improperly installed, chasing oil leakage every where, which caused the sepentine belt to come off the alternator that's all chewed up which also spayed the coolant everywhere which in turn blew my radiator. So now I'm having to pay more to fix the same issues and issues that I didn't have. The pricing was good the repairs however not so good

On a Sunday afternoon my shifter cable bushing failed on me while driving into the city. Only had first and second gear when I just crossed the GW bridge. This was the only shop I could get to in time that would take my car in. Donald was transparent about his pricing and quoted me a fair price for the work that I requested to be done on my vehicle. If you prepare ahead and know what needs to get done to your vehicle it will save you time and money.

Called Mobile Mechanic Pros Norfolk tonight with an exhaust issue (hanging pipe) and mechanic mentioned to come in right away so he could take a look at it. He literally bailed me out, so I could drive my car without the exhaust pulling off. He did the necessary repairs' on the spot and had me on my way in less than an hour! Steve provided great service and has an awesome personality. Thank-you again guys..

Highly unprofessional outfit. This company does not have garage keepers insurance. They are uninsured. They ask for half upfront, claiming it's for parts but the parts don't cost even half the quote. The guy they sent left with my keys and then the company number asked for half upfront, beats around the bush essentially refusing to provide an invoice. Charging for labor before completion is highly unusual and not having an invoice is also very unusual. They have you pay random cashapps and venmos no legit shop account. If they don't get my keys back here in the next hour I'll be calling the police.

Mobile Mechanic Pros Norfolk handled an alternator belt replacement on my 2018 Toyota Highlander without turning it into a whole production. The mechanic showed up on time, swapped the belt, checked tension, and that was basically it. No surprises, no extra issues, and no interruption to my workday. Sometimes the best experience is when everything just quietly works.
